If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened items within 90 days of delivery. We aim to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@magsupps.co.uk with your order number. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

What Can Be Returned

• Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 90 days of receiving your order
• Opened or used items cannot be returned, unless covered under the money back guarantee above

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@magsupps.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a free return label if needed.
